Repairx may share Personal Data as follows:

We may share your personal data with contracted service providers when necessary to deliver our Services, run our business operations, or when we believe applicable law permits or requires disclosure. These providers may include companies that help us with hosting, system administration, payment processing, analytics, marketing, data enrichment, or customer support—but only to the extent needed and in line with the legal bases described earlier.

These service providers receive only the personal data required to perform the specific services we've hired them for. Under no circumstances are they allowed to use your data for any other purpose beyond serving Repairx.

Your Employer If you're an authorized user of our Services or have signed up for Repairx offerings using your work email address, we may share your personal data with your employer when necessary—for example, to provide you with access, verify accounts and activity, investigate suspicious behavior, or enforce our terms and policies.

Mergers or Acquisitions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, consolidation, change of control, corporate divestiture, or dissolution where we sell all or part of our business or assets, we will disclose necessary personal data. Such information will then be governed by the privacy policies of the acquiring entities. As required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before any transfer of your personal data to an unaffiliated third party.

Data Analytics: From time to time, we may share non-personal, anonymized, or statistical data with third parties to help Repairx conduct analysis and make improvements. We may also use anonymous, aggregated usage data for routine business operations—such as governance reporting.

Public Forums: If any part of our Website or Repairx-branded social media pages allows public posting, any personal data you choose to post, share, upload, or make publicly visible may be seen by others. Please never share anything confidential or information about someone else unless you have their permission. We may use the information you provide to personalize your experience and offer content recommendations.

Once posted on publicly viewable pages, your shared information can be collected and used by others. If you'd like to request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, please email us at supportrepairx@gmail.com

In some cases, we may not be able to remove your information—if that happens, we will let you know why. We may also offer a feature that allows you to invite or refer a friend to join Repairx or use our services. If you provide a friend's email address for this purpose, we will use it only to send a one-time invitation. Your friend can contact us at support@Repairx.in at any time to have their information removed from our database.

Using your Data in accordance with Data Protection Law

Data protection laws require us to meet specific conditions before we can use your personal data in the ways described in this privacy notice. Depending on the activity involved, we will rely on one of the following legal bases to process your information.

Consent

With your consent—where required under data protection laws—we may send you promotional offers related to our services or products. We may reach out by mail, email, phone, or electronic notifications (only through the communication methods you've agreed to) to provide information about a service or product you've requested. You can change your marketing preferences at any time—just get in touch with us.

Legitimate interests

We rely on our legitimate business interests to collect your personal data because it gives us the essential information needed to provide our services and keep our Platform running. This includes things like giving you access to the Platform and helping prevent fraudulent activity through our systems.

However, we don't take this lightly. Before proceeding, we carry out a careful balancing test—weighing our need to use your data against your rights and interests as an individual under data protection laws (for example, your right not to have your data sold to third-party marketers without your knowledge). The outcome of this test determines whether we can use your personal data in the ways described in this notice. In every case, we act reasonably and give full, fair consideration to your interests.

In addition, some of your personal data is processed simply because it's necessary to deliver the services we've agreed to provide you—specifically, to give you access to and enable use of the Platform. Without that data, we simply couldn't offer you access to the Platform.

Compliance with a legal obligation

We are allowed to process your personal data when it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations. Additionally, when it comes to legal claims—whether establishing, pursuing, or defending one—we are permitted to process your personal data as needed for that purpose as well.

Substantial Public Interest

We may process your personal data when it is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest, as permitted under data protection laws.

Protection Laws

If we ever want to use your personal data for a purpose not described in this privacy notice, we will inform you in advance about those new purposes before proceeding.

Retention Period

How long we keep your personal data depends on our business needs and legal obligations. We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, as well as for any other related and legally permissible purpose.

We usually keep your information for as long as required to:

  • Responding to any questions or complaints you raise
  • Demonstrating that we have treated you fairly
  • Showing compliance with our regulatory obligations
  • Maintaining records as required by applicable rules and regulations

In addition, we will keep your information as long as it is needed for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons—for example, when data must be retained in connection with historical claims. We may also retain data for research or statistical purposes. If we do, we will ensure your privacy is protected and use the information only for those purposes.

If your current or potential employer has instructed us to process your personal data on their behalf, we will follow their instructions regarding how long to retain that data.

Location of Processing

Repairx is based in and operates entirely from India. Our Services are hosted, and your personal data is processed, solely within India.

That said, some of the service providers we work with may process your personal data outside your home jurisdiction—possibly in countries that have not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission or your local legislature or regulator, and which may not offer the same level of data protection as your own country.

Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure your information continues to be protected in a manner consistent with the standards required under applicable law. This may include putting appropriate back-to-back agreements in place and, where required, using standard contractual clauses for data transfer as approved by the European Commission (under Article 46 of the GDPR).

Repairx's Services are designed for business clients only and are not intended for minors. Use of the Platform is available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age (a minor), you may only use the Platform or access its content under the direct supervision and with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

f you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us at supportrepairx@gmail.comWe will take steps to delete that information from our systems promptly.

Security of personal information

Any information you provide to us is stored on secure servers—owned by either us or our subcontractors—and is accessed and used only in line with our security policies and standards. We protect your account with OTP-based access. Please keep your OTP confidential and never share it with anyone—including anyone who works for us.

Access to your personal data is restricted to those employees of Repairx, our affiliates, and third-party service providers who reasonably need it to deliver our products or services. We have implemented commercially reasonable physical, electronic, procedural, administrative, and technical safeguards that meet the security requirements of applicable data protection laws, all aimed at protecting your personal data in the countries where we operate from unauthorized access.

That said, no security system is completely impenetrable. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems, nor can we guarantee that information you supply—or information supplied on your behalf—won't be intercepted during transmission over the Internet.
