Two Ways We Connect You to Repairs
Independent Technicians : Repairx serves as the bridge between you and independent repair professionals. In these cases, payment is typically made directly to the technician once the work is complete.
Authorized Service Partners (Repairx Stores) : We also run our own Stores and specialized repair centers. If your device is repaired at a Repairx Store or by a Repairx Authorized Service Provider, you'll receive a formal invoice directly from that authorized partner.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations :
ervice Not Delivered – The technician or service provider fails to perform the confirmed service as promised.
Incorrect Service or Additional Damage – The repair causes further damage due to an error by the technician (subject to verification).
Duplicate Payment – A customer accidentally makes two payments for the same service and requests a refund.
In cases where we don’t have a formal contract with you, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining the safety and security of the Website, Services, systems, and applications, as well as protecting our rights and the rights of others. As part of that, we reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and report any attempts to breach the security of the Website or Services, verify accounts and activity, and enforce our terms and policies.
The service has been successfully completed as per the agreed terms. The issue persists due to pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service provided. The customer changes their mind after confirming the repair.
We always recommend starting by reaching out directly to the service provider (technician or authorized Store) to resolve any refund-related concerns. If the issue isn't resolved after that, Repairx can step in to help facilitate communication between you and the provider. If a disagreement arises between a customer and a service provider, Repairx will step in as a neutral facilitator to help reach a fair and amicable resolution. While we do not assume liability for services provided by independent technicians, we are committed to ensuring open communication and a satisfactory outcome for everyone involved.
