At Repairx, we do one main thing: connect you with skilled repair professionals and authorized stores for your tech fixes. We help make that connection happen, but the warranty for any repair work typically comes directly from the service provider or authorized store that actually performs the service.
Two Ways We Connect You to Repairs
Warranty Coverage by Repair Type
Independent Technicians : Repairx does not directly offer any warranty for repairs carried out by independent technicians you meet through our platform. The technician alone is responsible for the quality of their work and any warranty they may choose to provide.
Regardless of who provides the service, warranties generally do not cover the following issues once the device has been returned to you :
Physical or Liquid Damage – Any damage resulting from drops, impacts, pressure, moisture, or liquid exposure after the repair is complete.
Screen Defects – Problems like lines, dots, or discoloration appearing on the display after the repair has been finished and verified by you.
Issues Caused by Manual Intervention – Any defects caused by the device being opened, tampered with, or modified by you or a third party after the service was completed.
Confirm Warranty Terms – Before you agree to any repair, it's your responsibility to check the warranty duration and specific terms directly with the service provider.
Inspect Your Device – Once the repair is complete and your device is returned, please examine it carefully on the spot. Look for any issues—such as screen defects—before making payment.
Contact the Provider First – All warranty claims should be directed to the service provider (technician or authorized store) who actually performed the repair. Be sure to have your invoice or proof of payment ready.
Repairx's Role – If you're having trouble reaching the provider, you can reach out to us at supportrepairx@gmail.comWhile Repairx will not be involved in the technical resolution of the claim or assume any liability for warranty matters, we are happy to help facilitate communication between you and the provider.
Repairx helps connect you with service providers but does not guarantee, endorse, or assume any financial responsibility for warranties offered by independent technicians or stores. The service provider you choose is solely responsible for honoring their own warranty policy.
